Bring Paris home with the Bistro bar stools! Available in natural, natural and white or black and white, Bistro's good looks combine enduring design with the romance of a Parisian cafe.

Stylish and timeless, we just love the fab Bistro bar stools! You can pick one of our favourite combinations being either natural frame with mint and taupe weave, natural frame with black and white weave or natural frame with black and taupe weave, or get creative and choose your own variations using the colours charts in the images.  The frame is made of cane which is one of the most recyclable materials around, whilst the weaving is synthetic cane weaving which is not so eco but allows the chairs to stand up to the rigours of family life and also be occasionally used alfresco.

We do recommend not leaving the Bistro bar stool outside exposed to the elements 24/7 - under your pergola or full time in the kitchen is ideal.

    Bar Stool Size: 44cm wide x 56cm deep x 115cm high. Seat height 75cm

What's not to love about rattan? It's beautiful as well as naturally renewable, lightweight and suitable for use both indoors and out. Our cane collection is some of the best quality pieces you will find in the country. Rattan (cane) is a fast growing resource that requires no pesticides or fertilisers. It is sustainably harvested in Cebu, Philippines and manufactured by a leading cane and wicker importer who's used by many of the country's top interior designers. Rattan is an important resource and is used extensively all over Asia with many village communities relying heavily on the rattan trade with cane sales accounting for up to 50% of cash income in some rural areas. The trade of rattan in the Philippines provides reliable employment for its inhabitants, thus helping to maintain sustainable village economies in a country where more than a 3rd of the population live below the poverty line. In addition to its economic benefits, rattan is increasingly used as a replacement for wood wicker in many furniture items which helps preserve forests, as it reduces the need to source wood from trees, preventing deforestation and logging. Furthermore, this plant is often grown in floodplains, making use of soil which would otherwise go unused and increasing animal populations in said areas. Environmental soundness is just one more trait to add to the ever-expanding list of reasons which make our rattan furniture collection a favourite amongst us designers here at Eco Chic!

At Eco Chic we offer endless custom variations to our cane furniture collection as well as one off and bespoke designs. You can specify any special requirements for any of pieces,  be it a single side table for a private client or 200 dining chairs for a commercial fit out. Seat height, weave styles, fabric, leather, decorative panels & bracings, hand rubbed stains, paint & lacquer colours, bookshelf to match a lounge, barstool to match a dining chair, console to match a side table or even reproducing an antique item. Eco Chic are like you own personal designers, just ask & our interior designers will be glad to help.
